One of the reasons Redhat has high valuation is because they are seen as having hired the best minds of the linux development community. They also bought cygnus which has their teeth deep in several gnu projects including gcc.

I don't think their distribution is that much better or different than say Caldera's (what I use).

Eventually the market will realize what Borland brings to the table for linux and the stock (CORL) will be adjusted accordingly.
