No, I do not think there is anything funny about executions either, but I think what he was trying to say was that when a case gets to him as governor, it has already been through the justice system, no telling how many appeals and another committee, and if nothing is overturned, I believe the only power he has is a 30 day stay.
So at that point he may really believe they are guilty without a doubt. That's the law.

You may not need the tax cut, but one thing is for sure. If the money is left in Washington, it will be eaten up by pork barrel projects.
