That was a great bit of writing and underscores my point: all those "let's assumes" need legs. We've been told a lot about these affiliates and at some point they have to actually ship products and, absurdity of absurdities, make a profit. Because a lot of the current stock price is based on the company being a nursery for IPOs, we need to actually see one. And when we see it, we need to understand exactly how the profits will be distributed. Will MRVC shareholders become shareholders in the new company or will the profits be folded into P&L? No matter what a company's story is, at some point promises have to turn into reality. If not, the stock that reached high double-digits on hope will fall like a brick, leaving shareholders racing for the exits like there was no tomorrow. I've done some venture investing and know what it takes to bring a company public. There's no great mystery and Noam shouldn't have any trouble explaining where each affiliate is in the process. As for earnings, IBES has concensus at .02. Is this correct? Now I'll take my seat in the back row. . . :) Pat
