At the very end of the keynote, Albert Yu came on stage to inform the audience that the entire presentation had been running on Willamette. Note that you'll need RealPlayer 7 to view the webcast. The jokes Albert makes in Keynote #2, which is what the quote above is referencing, is actually referring to the fact that the person running the slides was jumping ahead of Albert.
