I have owned NETV for more than 9 months now.I believe
that they have strong management, good investments and
great vision. The top players in the industry(net incubators)
have market caps of more than $30 BILLION.Our NETV is ONLY
worth now $400 MILLION with some great holdings like
AsiaCD(competes with CHINA which is worth over $4 BILL),
College411(hot sector),Brightstreet(McClatchy, the Pirates owner just invested $17 mill)and the new B2B that they just acquired(fast growing sector). The first spin-off IPO should
be AsiaCD.If AsiaCD comes out at only 50% the value of
fellow competitor CHINA;then it would be a $2BILL IPO.
NETV owns 17% of AsiaCD(in dollars=$340mill at that market cap,or $24 a share for NETV).
The future looks very bright.Even if NETV only gets a
value of $1 BILLION(which is 1/30th of CMGI)the stock price
comes out to $70.
Today's SEC approval is great because now NETV can file
for the NASDAQ,process that takes 1-3 months.
If management continues to execute this could be huge!
