Another company in the excellent eGovernment sector (which I call the G2P 'government-to-people' sector) is having an IPO in April. PEC Solutions (will trade as PECS) seems to work primarily with the Federal government:

Anyone know the company? Does it compete directly with EGOV? Looks like a quality outfit. Excellent press release history and the management is a solid wall of dark blue suits, many of whom are ex. Computer Sciences Corporation types. Founders are still in charge. Lots and lots of job vacancies.

Here's their Hoovers capsule:

Fairly stable revenue growth and, yikes, looks like they are profitable. Could be a first for my portfolio.

May well be overlooked because the highly lucrative government outsourcing sector isn't "sexy" enough for most individual investors. I think this whole G2P is ready to take off as a) more people who are fed up with dot.com flops are looking for an undiscovered Internet sector with real revenue growth b) the B2B bubble slowly collapses. Is this G2P sector wide open or what?
