This is the best one: "we issued warrants to United States Cellular Corporation to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of 4.00 per share. The warrants are subject to vesting conditions based on U S Cellular's purchase of our SuperFilter (R) systems." Wow, if they could just issue shares to any one interested in purchasing a system, they could get great orders!!! A million shares to any buyers of our systems!!! What about the buyers who didn't get shares or free warrants to purchase shares?? What about the stuckholders who actually paid for their shares? Wew
