Cannacord (and other full service brokers) have analysts and insider contacts that are "in the loop" so they know if something is about to happen. Or they "make money the old fashioned way" , " they mimick thier clients desicions". I personally think its just one of cannacords clients getting in ;60000shares @ $0.26 is only about $15,000.
