ELEC has had serious resistence at 4. It finally broke through the resistence at 4 yesterday. It might be ready to break out to higher trading range. ELEC is trying to refocus its business into a DSL company. BTW, what is Generation I. I never heard that term before. I've heard of Generation X and Y, but not I.
