NOT all are wrong (just the ones that disagree with yours truly, >g<) Only a tiny fraction of shares outstanding are being traded at this level. The VAST majority are holding on to their investments and some of these are likely adding shares, rather than join the LOSERS!

That STATEMENT (not rumor) by a corporate executive does NOT equivocate. While the statement SPEAKS for itself, I INTERPRET it to mean that the offshore division has passed the point of equilibrium with regard to WORK and the Turn-around can NOW be viewed with a mirror NOT a telescope.
SPIN it anyway YOU want to, or CALL Mr. Schnoor a LIAR. With your history, I think I'll take Mr Schnoor's WORDs over yours.
