I have said as far back as three or four (time is flying) years now, that PC as we know it will end up in the basement or closet, become furnace like, and come with every house. SUNW has it right the network is the computer. This device will be a home server, or interface to the outside network and the home-net, with much smaller appliances, then the home pc we have now, attached, consisting of a screen some with keyboard some without keyboards, the keyboard could very well disappear altogether. There will also be networks with-in networks like a media network connected to the larger home-net. So I see a lot of the PC function spread around among different devices. If you believe in the above, then Sony's of the world could very well end-up owning the home.. ..
