It fell below it's offering price because it was offered
not by MSDW but by Merrill. It was doomed as soon as they
got greedy and offered 17M shares instead of the usual 2-5M
and upped the priced closer to 30!
Merrill needs to learn IPO management from GS or MSDW!!!
