I'm not thinking of selling....I'm informing him of when a good time to sell might be. That was his question. This is not a heavily traded stock, it is closely held in several funds, particularly index funds, and a split may overcome some of the "demand overhang" in the short term. Technically, that would be a good time to sell. I don't advocate it....just offering advice.
