BGR, I don't know but at the time I referenced this statistic you expressed significant doubt when I said that I recalled reading that half of new vehicle sales were light trucks- I think that category includes SUVs, pickups and Minivans. I don't have the article my friend mentioned it to me. I do see many of them on the road I'm sure someone has an estimate as to what % of registered vehicles are SUVs. One trend that I do see is engines are getting bigger( displacement) in most cars. Mike ho ho ho
