3D.COM and Razor Digital Media Sign Content Deal

Razor to Supply 3D Stereoscopic Images for Virtual Reality Portal'
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000--Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX:DDD - news), doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the world's first 3D television network and 3D Internet media company, announced an agreement between Razor Digital Media and 3D.COM, C-3D's subsidiary Internet company.

The deal allows 3D.COM to publish Razor's stereoscopic content on the The Virtual Reality Portal website and grants 3D.COM distribution rights for the Razor CD ROM titles. Razor Digital Media specializes in the creation of stereoscopic 3D multimedia. The titles to be released will fit into four categories: nature, history, exploration and lifestyles.

``This agreement with Razor Digital Media helps to round out our offering of 3D stereoscopic content for the debut of 3D.COM,' stated Ken Bringhurst, President of 3D.COM. ``Our aim is to offer a diverse 3D experience, and the Razor content will play an important part.'
