Hi, ERRAFF, just passing by. I don't know the co, but 'Q' designation is bankruptcy. Normally, the common holders are the last to get the spoil. There are exceptions. Sometimes, large corporations file for bankruptcy as a legal tactics. However, small companies are less likely to do this unless it is the last resort. In such cases, vulture investors tend to buy up their debt for banks, creditors and note holders. The common is the last to benefit.

Just my honest 2c and be careful out there

best, Bosco
