If you go back a few years you will discover Geac acquired the remains of Jonas and Ericon a Cdn who had done quite well and fell on hard times, Geac moved in and picked up the peices. It might make sense to do so for the client base or some technology or .... the list goes on. I certainly wouldnt be suprised if they are sniffing around it. Ever go to a garage sale?
