I pay the equivalent of about 1.61 cents per minute to use AOL here in the UK, and thats as cheap as it gets. ADSL is going to be here one of these days for about $100 per month, a big savings for me as well as being much faster than the 55k I'm getting now. Brits get ripped off for almost everything.
