Maybe not before, but the ** FOCS ** deal with Coca Cola Enterprises (Feb. 14) and especially the merger announced today with ORBCOMM may put this in a whole different light. Look at OrbComm DD below.
We'll see; there is some chunks of selling we definitely need to get through, and then maybe all the buying today will pay off.
