Chuck is not IMP Inc. employee, he like I is a share holder at very high price. He works for Dell Computer at Austin, Texas. IMPX stock has been going down $1/day for 7 days, dropped from $20 all the way to $13. Then for past couple of days it has been going down $0.5/day, I do not know when this thing is going to stop, Perhaps when it hits $7/share. However, David Laws being appointed to the CEO position by Barry Carrington, and then Barry goes about dumping his shares very irresponsibly after he moved to the board of director looks very fishy to me. Perhaps he was trying to avoid a law sue by the share holders like me. I really do not know if there is any base for suing the member of the board, but I know, I at least had more ground to sue him as a the CEO. Think about the game that Barry a 54 years old man played, think about the timing of his new CEO appointment, and the timing of his dumping shares in the market, taking our money, building his new palace, so that he can enjoy it while I and you sitting in here waisting our time that may be, just may be, we can get some small % of our money back. He was so god damn panic that he did not even take his time to dump his shares gracefully, he could have dumped some and waited some times before he dumped more, but no! he greedy *** of the ***** had to get every one of us by our balls, so that he can sell his share $1 or so more. Now, I see that some of us have already forgotton where the root of the problem is. Come on guys, instead of complementing each other to get some inner satisfaction and to aleviate your pain, get up call IMP Inc and at least raise hell about the OLD DOG and his action. Do not be so passive, it is our hard working money that this guy got away from us to build his palace, while I, for example, with couple of kids must live in an apartment.
  Call IMP Investor Relations at
  (415) 296-7383 and ask for Chris Danne.
If you were told that he is in vacation, talk to his replacement. I talked to them and they are not very happy about this DOG's action either. |
