TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000-- I-transaction.net In(OTC Bulletin Board:ITNI - news)

I-transaction.net Inc. (OTC BB:ITNI) is pleased to announce that it will not be reviewed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and that the effective date of its filing on Form 10-SB has been accelerated.

Since ITNI is now current in its filings with the SEC and is a fully reporting company, the company's trading symbol will not be appended with an E by the NASD and the company will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board.

''The Corporation decided to release the news on February 10th as a notification to shareholders that there was a possibility that the symbol may be appended,'' said David Bruce, Director, ITNI. ''As it happened we were notified on February 11, 2000 that we were not being reviewed by the SEC.''
