I would suggest to you that there is no good reason for them not to hold on to their SOftbank investment for quite a long time. Ultimately SOftbank may acquire them for shares rendering the entire tax liability issue moot. That would give Softbank a global distribution avenue for all the business they own pieces of. My suggestion is that if you hold on to your shares for awhile eventually wall street will realize that IM is a building block of the B2B and will regard and value it the same way an acquirer would and we will sell for a lot more than we do now.
