Hello everyone,
I am still in Henderson to return home today. It was wonderful to at last meet so many I have been in contact with in recent years.

I have been carrying the burden of having recommended Valence to friends and relatives and having them worry about the outcome. I called many in recent months to encourage them to resist the temptation to take a profit too early. For some I was too late or ignored because I had also suggested they buy too early.

A good friend who was hourly factory techinican/electrician bought a total of 1500 shares while I worked with him in my client's factory in Illinois. He and others had confidence in my judgement. The factory closed and he was without a job while Valence dropped to the 4's and 5's. It was a good portion of his retirement savings. His wife repeatedly insisted that he sell his shares.

I phoned him 2 weeks ago and spoke with his wife. She told me that in spite of her, Bill kept telling her that Fred said to buy Valence and to hang on. He's been all smiles lately and proud of his investment. I even got the impression his wife now thinks I'm ok!

Hearing this and similar feedback from so many at the SM has provided rewards that cannot be measured. I must say that a huge burden has been lifted. As many know, I was too aggressive too soon with margin and options and lost the equivalent two homes as a result of my learning about Valence. There is no one to blame but myself.

What I believe made the difference was that Lev mustered and sustained the energy to step in and get the operation moving in the right direction.

Lev, when you spoke with me from your farm prior to coming back, You asked if there was anything you could do for me. When we at last met on tuesday I forgot the tell you that "YOU HAVE DONE IT". You have my respect and admiration.

My most sincere thanks to Steve S(INVestor), Jim G(Mooter) and to Dr. Cohen whose actions and/or words brought me to tears as I sat at with them at the table.

My best regards to all of you, including Paul K!
