How much patience do you think blue chip investors have left? When they open their eyes and see that the Dow isn't going anywhere, do you think they are going to just sit there and get reamed to death, or put their money in tech stocks? No, when they have studied things for a while they might pull their money out of the market and put it into bonds, being logical.
