Biotech is the perfect sector for this market. No earnings means a biotech company is impossible to evaluate unless you understand the potential products, and even then, it's a crapshoot as to whether the products will ever actually make it to market. The vast majority of the investors don't understand anything about the companies. Axys has some compounds in pre-clinical research. Translation: nothing in the pipeline. I don't care if mo-mo players run them up, I just hope the mom'n'pop investors don't pile on, because you haven't seen a bubble pop like a biotech whose products haven't been approved by the FDA.
