Tom, I don't understand what the archiving problem is. Can't I save any bill I read on my computer, or any payment order I send, and then file or organize and keep them any way I want, as long as I want? Is the problem proving that my file is correct? I don't think that I often have to prove my financial records if I have the dates and details; should I be concerned about that? Is there a software arrangement that lets me file something in a way that I can't change it? Thanks Max
