Paul, Plab/mask looks interesting. Wonder why they didnt get DOJ approval back last fall? I thought DOJ review was on merits of competitive outcome and did not know that terms were of concern. I have a call into IR. If you have been following for a while do you have any further insights? This does look risky from a anti competitive viewpoint. RE aac, the offer is 4.9 not 5.9. If the residual is going to be listed wouldn't it be logical to expect .25 or more. I think that the terms of the residual may be holding up the sec approval.
