Jeees, PG,

Not matter how low the FRAC/MTLS stock goes, no matter how bad a technical decline, no matter how many insiders are selling their stock, you continue to show strong support for this company(s).

I wish I could have that type of support that boarders blind ambivalence for this company... I hate to say it, but, this is the worst investment I have made in years and I wish I never bought either of them. Earthling has something insteresting about dissenting shareholders (which I am one, but not in an angry way because I like both of these companies and I am torn on what to do) selling back if they don't agree.

Now is the time for MTLS to come forward strongly about what a shareholder should look forward to instead of the lack of PR surrounding this merger. The only information I get is from you or Earthling... have you approached their PR dept about a job???

I think I'm in the position many other shareholders are in -- need to know time. Bottom line is it's an investment that is down over 50%. Regardless about market conditions, if these companies are so good, they shouldn't be off that much. The investment community shouldn't have bailed so quickly (just about all of the analyists threw it into a hold or light sell).

What gives? Not interested in the products or Kai but the business operations. Does anyone have scoop on how the CFO plans to operate?

Signed,

An investor who sees better oportunity, but who's money is tied up...
