IntelliCorp's LiveInterface First to be Compliant With SAP R/3 Version 4.6B, Ties Front Office to Back

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000--

LiveInterface 2000.1 Provides Key Application Integration

Solution for mySAP.com(TM) Users

IntelliCorp (Nasdaq:INAI), a leading provider of eBusiness and CRM solutions for the SAP community, today announced that LiveInterface 2000.1 is the first enterprise application integration tool to be compliant with SAP(TM) R/3(R) Version 4.6B and mySAP.com.

The new version of LiveInterface is a complete software solution for designing, building, monitoring and managing interfaces into R/3 and can be used to link front and back office applications. The new version of LiveInterface can also be used with mySAP.com to extend the reach of the enterprise.

MySAP.com is the core of SAP's eBusiness offerings. It provides an open collaborative business environment that translates SAP solutions into Web-enabled applications. With mySAP.com, users can gain immediate access to SAP enterprise-wide capabilities, while taking full advantage of Web connectivity.

"Our close relationship with SAP ensures that we are always first out of the gate with support for their latest version," said Dean Dreibelbis, IntelliCorp Product Manager. "Being the core release for mySAP.com, Version 4.6B is a particularly important one for IntelliCorp customers."

In addition, a recent AMR Research SAP Advisory Alert describes IntelliCorp as "a strong asset for ERP implementations."

LiveInterface 2000.1, which also supports IBM's MQSeries, can access any SAP R/3 data transaction, IDOC, and BAPI so users can easily integrate data with other applications. Operating within the SAP R/3 environment, LiveInterface has the unique ability to utilize all of SAP's infrastructure to augment its data validation, processing functionality, security, monitoring, tuning, migration, and scalability capabilities.

In addition to numerous advantages available to its customers by virtue of its "R/3-centric" infrastructure, LiveInterface provides a development environment in which even junior programmers can quickly and accurately construct sophisticated interfaces.

SAP BAPI Validated

LiveInterface has received Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) validation from SAP. BAPI validation is a process by which third party applications can be recognized within the SAP Complementary Software Program. Prerequisite for BAPI Validation are several productive reference customers as well as the use of SAP-endorsed communication technologies for the integration solution. BAPI Validation involves the CSP member's product and the integration scenario being evaluated from a technical perspective. This evaluation by SAP interface specialists is based on the technical product profile as well as reference customer questionnaires which are supplied by the BAPI Validation applicant.
