Yes they (WTER) have a JV deal with China now. So a .Com deal looks possible. "rumor" IMO it would be Very Big. RB is talking about it a lot more than SI... Word is getting out on this "gem". I look for a lot higher price fast. It's been gaining ground for the last few days with steady buying. When the float is gone it will rocket on a China deal PR ...IMO
