Lynn - I was the person who mentioned posting some of Gilder's comments re: TERN on the TERN thread. Since I was not going to do so for a while, I did not consider that by the time I got around to it, it would still be a problem.

FYI - I very much respect keeping the report "private" for those who paid for it and a few months ago got vilified on another thread for challenging someone who posted the then latest report. (Not by the person who posted it, but by others on the thread.)

However, in this day and age, with Gilder's star rising, nothing he says can be kept private for very long.

Example -I wondered when and how CNBC would report the remarkable move in TERN today. In the last hour or so they finally did, mentioning the Gilder report. Their source was a Merrill Lynch release! quoting the Gilder Report on TERN.

So in this age of instant communication and incredible interest in the market, I think we all need to shift our standards for how long something can be kept private, once it enters the "public" domain.
