and so I came upon a glade
after miles that I had wandered
noble oak and winsome alder
did ring the chosen spot
I took my leave
from trailing fate
and sat upon a log
admist the trees I sat
and was circled by a soothing fog
my eyes at last grew weary
as the world became lost in haze
unable to see so clearly
that outline of harsh day
i closed my eyes and saw
still the mighty trees
surrounded me
in the sacred glade
i opened up one eye
to see if i was awake
and there before stood
the vision of fate
soft in the mist
her dress drifting with the breeze
she smiled and touched my lips
with a ghostly but warm fingertip
and her voice as lyrical
as the leaves dancing in air
said to me
"i've been here all along,
why ever have you wandered so?"

Okay.. off the top of my head and unedited.. but something like that.
