SchoolFirst Foundation Names USA Video Interactive Its Video Partner in SchoolFirst Millennium Project;
Four-City Deployment Planned to Bring Technology to Underserved Schools
Fort Lauderdale, Florida -- February 17, 2000 - The SchoolFirst Foundation has selected USA Video Interactive (OTC BB: USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) as its streaming video and video-on-demand partner for deployment of integrated information delivery systems to schools in four metro areas including Miami, Florida; Chicago, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; and New York City, New York. With support from its contributors, SchoolFirst will implement a turnkey information delivery system, coupled with comprehensive technical and professional development services for an initial three-year period. The information delivery system bundles together powerful learning tools with advanced control technology to benefit students, educators, and administrators. In the initial launch phase of this project, scheduled to begin this Spring, the technology partners are contributing their products and services to SchoolFirst.
