I think QRL with 30M shares out and 4.5M in cash should immediately mothball the Mexico play, create a subsidiary for all it's Gold properties, and announce they are changing focus to high-tech and evaluating proposals. It would make a perfect IPO shell... I could almost guarantee the stock would soar to $1 overnight, and im not kidding. Check the most actives on the TSE..... I wonder if we could persuade managment ??????
