I would tend to agree with you. This company has no growth prospects.Their debt/equity ratio is extremely high, something like 80/20. The banks won't lend them any money and they have no more cash. Now they want to get rid of half the company. They are in deplorable shape.
Go to Enbridge or westcoast if you want a pipeline company.
I just saw an analyst, from Canacord I believe give a 12 target of 11.50.
