Philip, you still around? Seems that this company is postured as nice clean debt free shell: edgar-online.com . There has been considerable interest by private companies that want to go public at minimal cost by merging with clean public company shells. With the fully reporting rules, even many public companies are looking for filing compliance at minimal cost. I learned from the CEO of MXAM that is now filing to get out of the pinks that the company had to pay almost $1MM to become fully reporting. IMO clean shells are very desirable, especially for investors willing to speculate at ~$0.10/share. AGTP is as clean a shell as one can find in today's market IMO.
