Had RR waited until after this earnings announcement the conversion rate may have been 5 1/2- 1. Also the stocck price would probably have been approacing 7-7 1/2 as a turnaround whould have been evedident (sp?). I believe that the merger will workout well in the long run I am just disappointed that the conversion rate is so low.
