Riley never fails to amaze. Not long ago he sent this non-message to the recipients cited below, along with the first page or two of the complaint as an attachment. Then he proudly copied this opus to the RB thread.
Alas, he left out one essential thing: the list of people he copied it to. Here's the original, as it arrived in my own inbox:
