took another phone call and someone with a brain.. but they got it figured out and I dont owe them anything.. but why do I have this feeling that this issue will resurface again soon?? past experience i guess. anyway, I'm still happy with them.. just not with them the last 2 weeks... 99% of the time I dont have a problem with them.. considering they really aren't structured for HEAVY daytrading.. the wait times are MUCH better.. I like the added features and services.. and am looking forward to the telebanc thing.. only thing left is for the stock to move up.. and I'd like that to happen before April... my April 40s are about worthless right now.. nice to see we're still above $20.. but as some said.. disappointing that we've lost favor as a "NET" stock.. and can't rally up even with the NASD up 120pts... but then we can't even rally when the financials are up either.. on the bright side.. stength in this company and its brand will prevail.. just a matter of time.. and one day the HUGE, HUGE short position will end up eating it and this stock will see a 10pt or 15pt gain in one day.. the sooner the better though.. jim
