Guy, I like your daily iomg charts at your web area!! I added it to my favorite places. white-crane.com

Too bad we haven't seen very much upward movement out of iomega lately.

Basically I think we have to wait through the following:
1. Media Wave. These things go in waves, one of these days they will
get tired of bashing iomega in their Cabot/internet hype articles.
2. Cabot subscribers who have lost confidence and/or are getting
margin calls
3. Storage sector downturn. With Quantam etc. leading the way, they
lead the whole sector down. I think they should be downgraded with
jaz setting itself up to take a some of their sales. :-)
4. Weak hands: like you get when you sleep on your arm all night
and then can't move it in the morning. They just can't help it,
can't hold those shares.

And we can look forward to:
1. Earnings in a little over 4 weeks
2. I really believe that Gateway and Apple will be announced at the
NYC Expo. I think this starts the 18th if I recall. Rumor of
Gatewaty tech finishing training on the zip; Gateway and Apple both
having zips connected at the COMDEX; Apple already allowing the zip
to connect to the Apple Pippin machines sold by Bandai and Katz in
Europe. And, with all these new contracts, I expect them to announce
a new production partner or facility.
3. Official upgrade by H&Q and Start of coverage by JP Morgan
4. People realizing that the NEC announcement is very big.

Well, I don't know what the stock will do in the short run. But, I think it will be up very nicely after the NYC show and after earnings.

Ken
