I've been off to the diggin's, true. But I had a nasty lil surprise awaiting me when I returned on Sunday.
I gotta be careful here, or I'll get kicked off again. Yes, I've now joined the official ranks of Pet Rock, drumbeat and Chelakis, aka Bigdud. There is a double standard on these threads: one for the guys and one for the fems.
Case in point:
I was pointedly informed I had:
1)"severely disappointed" this "family oriented website,"
2)was "showing lack of respect for SI,"
3)was "hindering SI's ability to be a revenue generating business by my postings,"
4)was "attacking others"
5)was told "they don't care who starts it," my job as a good SI'er is to promptly report attacks and let them deal with it" (I call it wimp out and run for mommy),
5)was "communicating ineffectively,"
6)and was "vulgar."
Futhermore, in conducting my inquiry, seeking specificity,
I was accused:
1) of being melodramatic,
2) uncooperative,
3) sarcastic
4) and insincere in my attempts to find out just EXACTLY what I did wrong.
How's that for a Dirty Dozen Minus 1 List, Npoggio????
Persisting in my e*mail inquiries,
ans assuring I was not being insincere, melodramatic, uncooperative and insincere,
I was finally rewarded with specificity of complaint that generated my "revocation of registration" as Jill put it.
Guess what????
I had to swear that I would never use sh**, da**, (& f**k <---which I don't use anyhow)
AND, it
Turns out that Bill Jackson aka "BBJ" had complained of my lack of cooperation with his demanding of conditional truce, bolstered by a post to Walter and another one to Cliffy,
now get this:
had complained on the very day that Bill and the other two had felt the sting of our sweet victory by the nice little rally in our Bre-X
stock.
How do I know it was Bill? Well, that was the easy part...You see, he also complained that I wouldn't participate in his conditional truce he was so desparately trying for, since the day of the rally was also the day that he attacked on the IPMCF thread and bragged about being "the biggest baddest meanest dude on SI," and
in the same post,
accusing me of illegal activities of being a paid shill/promoter for Canadian stocks, which I strenuously object to, and warned Bill that I'd sent a copy of his written--libelous--SI posted accusation to my attorney.
The MOMENT JILL read my e*mail reply to her finally coming up w/specific snippets (no doubt in my mind, provided by Bill, Cliffy and Walter either by Bill alone or in concert w/those 3) pointing out I had less than approx 24 hours later (after the complaint had been filed) told Bill I'd never write TO HIM again, without conditions on him or anyone else, I was instantly reinstated and pleaded with "to please please be good."
And I promised additionally to never use the sh** word again, or the da** word again or the other word again,
and I promised to never post TO WALTER OR CLIFFie again.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR BRE-X?
Nothing!!!

Draw your own conclusions.
But anyone who holds the 10 months of negativity, Bre-X bashing naysayer's feet to the fire when we are finally vindicated in the next two weeks, better watch out...
The onus is on the "winners to be gracious and all forgiving" while the naysayers get free reign in the name of balance to hype from all us nasty loyalists, I guess one would have to call it.
You know what irks me the most tho?
They kicked off my Dad, M.R. Locke, Sr.
My sister, who only lurks on here,
and my friend from a place where I usta work.
They only let me back on. Go figure.

Hate to disappoint ole Bill, Walter, and Cliffie, but I didn't say I wouldn't post ABOUT them, just not TO them...big difference.
