David, the article was published in yesterdays USA Today's money section.

It seems like deja vu all over again. When he first entered the cellular business, critics said handsets were to expensive, per minute charges were to high, and there wasn't enough demand. With the price he's offering for Iridium and ICO it would appear the cost to consumers for satellite usage could become quite reasonable. If handset sizes and weights could be reduced, I think he's got a winner. I wouldn't bet against him.
