If I understand this correctly, they are currently leasing a lot of their capacity from third parties. Looks like it is a big offering: 9 million shares at $75.73 to $85.56. With 40 million shares outstanding, this pegs the market cap at at almost $3 billion before it starts trading. Hoover's entry:

Maybe this will be overlooked initially like KQIP was.
