(OT) Any thoughts on Euro-telecom company Carrier 1 slated to go public (ADRs on Nasdaq) next week? carrier1.com carrier1.com If I understand this correctly, they are currently leasing a lot of their capacity from third parties. Looks like it is a big offering: 9 million shares at $75.73 to $85.56. With 40 million shares outstanding, this pegs the market cap at at almost $3 billion before it starts trading. Hoover's entry: hoovers.com Their network status website, provided for their customers, is pretty interesting: carrier1.net The IPO is listed for next week at www.ipo.com but not in Hoovers or the most recent Reuter's IPO calender list: newsalert.com Maybe this will be overlooked initially like KQIP was.
