Infineon made that claim about 6 months ago. Surely you don't believe that Infineon and its suppliers have done absolutely nothing to improve yield since then.

Is "yield" not another of those closely guarded strategic secrets?

...although Infineon claims
they have "200mm equivalent yield" out of the Semiconductor300 pilot line. I.e. they get as many good chips from a 300mm wafer as they
would expect to get from a 200mm.)
