"new era?" Must be. I don't recall a previous period of sustained economic growth with accelerating productivity, declining inflation, and large numbers of companies sustaining growth in sales and earnings of 30+%. I don't know if we are headed toward heaven or hell because all of the maps are badly out of date and nearly everyone's predictions for the past two years about what is ahead have been dead wrong. Including my predictions. (g) It isn't what we don't know that gets us into trouble--it's what we "know" . . . that's wrong.
