Meanwhile, in the Gillaspie HYIP scam suit, Wilcher's defense appears presently to revolve around an attempt to dismiss the suit and have it arbitrated instead. Apparently the "contract," which was signed when the HYIP deal was originally closed, included a clause that any dispute must be handled by arbitration by the International Chamber of Commerce, whoever that is.

I wonder if it is common for HYIP "contracts" to include such a feature to protect the bad guy from lawsuits?
