I understand the procedure, however (as you) I don't understand why companies shy away. As you said at 0.10 it brings 3.5 million to the table (for us all). Maybe the headache of tracking and additional communication with the millions of outstanding shares out there is more than compan ies are willing to "DEAL" with. Anyways, I'm in.
