Hey Keith. this is very interesting, using your figure of 40 million shares and a market cap of 1 billion then we get $25/share and Itech's 280,000 shares would be worth $7 million which is awful close to my guess for a market cap of 1 billion. The key for Itech is the ultimate market cap of Medsite. Is there any source out there does analysis or predictions of this sort of thing? If the market cap were to be as high as 5 billion we would be laughing all the way to the bank. Later Keith PS Your thoughts about convincing the company to issue rights to us deserving shareholders?
