PE; however, as a "personal choice" for several of us, since 1993, we have steered clear of anything involving Nigeria {partly because of the humane factors - re: the overthrow of the election, the Ogoni-lands, etc.; but, also, from a purely business sense, because of the instability of the entire country, business agreements inclusive. Admittedly, and thankfully, the situation IS improving.}
As an aside, SASOY is a Nas ADR, rather than being on the NYSE as you indicated.
