Thanks to today's insight into where MOT is buying their ASICS, I got this distinct mental image...
Two little Dutch boys (let's call them Nokey and Moaty) standing with their fingers in the dike, behind which is an ocean of QCOM chips. There was a third kid with them, who had the initials IDC embroidered on his "Guess?" jacket, but he shoved a piece of bubblegum in his hole, picked Nokey's wallet, and ran.
Both are getting worried, and looking at each other, cause they see a growing bunch of Asian kids in really cool-looking jetboats riding on the ocean, occasionally running up to the dam, only to swerve off at the last second and splash IC's over the top. They then laugh maniacally, rev. off again at 64K, in order to make another run. One of the nicest, newest, biggest boats has the name "Eatin' Chinese" on the back of it...
As the tension rises, Moaty tells Nokey he REALLY needs to go to the bathroom. Nokey says he doesn't, so Moaty gets Nokey to plug his hole while he runs off to the little boys room.
So now poor little Nokey is plugging the dam all by his lonesome, with new cracks appearing every second, thinking "What's taking that kid so long???" when he hears the distinct sound of little Moaty saying "So Mr. Jacobs, you're saying I can rent one of your cool boats for only how much???"
How much longer will little Nokey hold out? Inquiring minds want to know....
